Steps to make Tonggu Cabbage Dried Pig Lung Soup
- 1. Prepare all the ingredients (forgot to take the red dates).
- 2. Soak dried cabbage one hour in advance.
- 3. Use salt to pinch the pork lungs several times, then blanch them in a pot with the bones.
- 4. Rinse the blanched pig lungs and bones clean.
- 5. Put the cleaned pig lungs and bones into a soup pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water to start boiling (a small amount of peanut oil should be added to the bottom of the pot first).
- 6. Clean the soaked dried cabbage and cut it into sections for later use.
- 7. After boiling the soup for about an hour, add the dried cabbage and continue boiling for about an hour. Finally, add salt appropriately.
