Steps to make Stir fried eel shreds with onions
- Soak the eel shreds in clean water for about 10 minutes, cut them into slender shreds, wash the onions and cut them into shreds.
- 2. Add oil to the pot, heat it to 50% hot, then pour in the eel shreds and stir fry continuously to prevent the pot from getting burnt. Pour in shredded onions again.
- 3. Stir fry the eel and onion shreds over high heat for one minute;
