Steps to make Stuffed tofu in Casserole

  • 1. Cut lean meat into small pieces, add pepper, water, cornstarch, and peanut oil, and chop into minced meat.
  • 2. Cut the northern tofu into even cubes.
  • 3. Use a spoon to dig a hole in the middle of each piece of tofu.
  • 4. Fill the processed tofu with minced meat one by one and press it a few times.
  • 5. Heat oil in the pot and slowly fry the side with meat over low heat.
  • After frying, flip the tofu and fry the other side.
  • 7. Transfer the fried tofu into a clay pot.
  • 8. Add hot water equal to tofu, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little salt, chicken powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Finally, turn on high heat to remove the sauce.
