Indian butter cream chicken is one of the most famous curry dishes in India. Whenever you mention BUTTER CHICKEN to Indians, they will highly praise it, and every time they go to a restaurant, they like to order this dish. I actually like spicy food, but I didn't put too much chili here because my family doesn't want it too spicy.

Steps to make Indian butter chicken
- 1. First, add a little starch, ginger and garlic paste, salt, less chili powder, less cilantro powder, and less oil to the diced chicken. Mix well and let it sit for 20 minutes
- 2. Put the chicken in hot oil and stir fry for 2 minutes until the color of the meat becomes slightly charred. Because it is on high heat, the chicken is actually cooked but not old.

- 4. Add cumin seeds to the pot and stir fry for a few seconds
- 5. Add onions and stir fry until brown

- 7. Pour 1 bowl of water into the pot, and when the water boils, add cilantro powder, chili powder, and fenugreek leaves and stir well for a few seconds
- 8. Add green chili and stir fry over low heat until the water decreases
- 9. Put the tomatoes into the already prepared spice pot
- 10. Use low heat to cook the tomatoes until soft, as long as they become a paste. Be sure to use low heat, otherwise they will dry out and zoom in.

- 17. Put sugar and salt into the mixed curry sauce, be sure to use low heat because the curry sauce is very thick and low heat will not burn it. We don't have any tomato sauce at home, but adding 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce would make it taste better.
- 18. This is cream. After the curry is heated for a few seconds, you can add half a bowl of cream
- 19. Stir the cream evenly
