When it comes to Indian curry, people will think of red curry, green curry, and yellow curry. In fact, India also has a curry dish without curry. This curry dish does not need curry, but it has a unique flavor. Personally, it is my favorite curry recipe. This recipe can replace the ingredients to make Chicken in curry sauce, shrimp curry, beef curry... If you try it, you will fall in love with this curry that is not curry. Paired with rice, it has an unparalleled taste.

Steps to make Indian style curry fish fillet
- The key to this dish is the three powders and coconut milk in the seasoning, both of which are indispensable (those who don't like cilantro don't have to worry, cilantro seed powder doesn't have the special taste of cilantro).
- 2. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, shred the onion, cut the tomato into small pieces, chop the cilantro, chop the garlic into small pieces, diced the pepper, and shred the ginger. Set aside.
- 3. Put oil in the pot, add chili peppers, minced garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- 4. Stir fry onions over medium heat until slightly transparent.
- 5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander seed powder, season with salt, and continue stir frying over low heat until the onions are completely soft. (Be careful to use low heat to prevent the pot from burning)
- 6. Add coconut milk, add the amount according to your taste, and bring to a boil over high heat (note not to add water throughout the process).
- 7. Boil base note to medium heat, put in the fish, slowly cook, and add salt to taste.
- 8. Add tomatoes and cook until soft before serving.
- 9. If you like, you can add a little chopped cilantro for an unbeatable delicious taste!
