- After 4:30 minutes, take out the dough and place it between two sheets of oil paper. Use a rolling pin to thin it out
- 5. Spread butter evenly on the baking tray, remove one piece of oiled paper from the dough and invert it onto the baking tray. After spreading evenly, remove the other oiled paper as well
- 6. Roll the rolling pin a few more times and remove the excess part
- 7. Use a fork to make a hole on top
- 8. Add rice or beans to prevent the pie crust from expanding due to heat, then put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 25 minutes
- 9. Turn on medium heat, pour peeled and diced pumpkin into the pot, add orange juice and water, sugar, and a little ginger powder or ginger powder. Stir well and cook for about 40 minutes
