    Steps to make Northeast Guobaorou

    • 1. Ingredients: pork, cooking wine, soy sauce, white vinegar, white sugar, green and red peppers, tomato sauce.
    • 2. Cut the pork into thick slices and marinate it with salt, chicken essence, pepper, and cooking wine.
