I often make various types of bread at home, and today I use twice as much flour as before (making half a pound of flour each time). The waterless milk bread is sweet and delicious, soft and fluffy, suitable for breakfast and afternoon tea.

Steps to make Milk bread
- 1. Add flour, milk powder, yeast and mix well.
- 2. Add white sugar to the milk and stir until melted.
- 3. Stir the eggs evenly.
- 4. After kneading the noodles into a ball, add salt and butter and continue cooking the noodles.
- 5. After the dough is peeled, knead it into a ball (my chef's machine keeps 1 pound of dough still, so I divide it into 2 pieces and knead them separately).
- 6. Divide into 10 equal portions of bread and knead them into a circle.
- 7. Bread filling does not need to be baked, but it should be left to stand for 20 minutes. Then, take out one scoop and roll it into strips from top to bottom.
- 8. Roll it up.
- 9. Put it into the baking tray. I adjusted the oven to 40 degrees and baked the bread crumbs.
- 10. The well made bread crumbs are white, chubby, and cute.
- 11. Use a fork to poke two rows of holes in the bread crumbs and decorate them. Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, then place the baking tray in the middle layer and heat it up to 170 degrees Celsius and down to 150 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 12. The milk bread is freshly baked, soft, sweet, and rich in milk flavor.
