  • 1. Put 2 grams of salt and water into the flour and knead it into a ball. There is no need to knead it smooth. Let it sit for 10 minutes (do not knead it too hard at this time, it is easy to knead it completely after a while). After resting for 10 minutes, knead it a few more times to see that the dough is much lighter than before. Cover it with plastic wrap and let the dough wake up for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Pour the dough onto the ground and knead it directly into long strips. Do not knead it and divide it into several small pieces.
  • 3. Roll each piece into strips, apply oil, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for about 1 hour.

  • Boil for 3-4 minutes until the soup is about to dry up.
  • 13. Take a roll and use a rolling pin to press firmly in the middle.
  • 14. Pinch both ends and slowly stretch them. You can gently shake them twice on the table (if you feel uneven thickness, you can use your hands to rub them from beginning to end).
  • 15. You can tear one end and connect the other end, and the noodles will become very long. Take out the prepared noodles, add the topper, and stir evenly.
