Steps to make Yangzhou stir fried shredded pork
- 1. The ingredients are shown in the picture.
- Soak the dried silk in clean water for three minutes, then wash several times and drain for later use.
- 3. Cut the ingredients as shown in the picture.
- 4. Cut lean meat into shreds.
- 5. Add a little cooking wine, a little dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of starch.
