Steps to make Sweet Potato Pie

  • Mix flour and sugar, pour in vegetable oil

  • 7. Take out the relaxed dough and divide it into two portions, one large and one small
  • 8. Place the large dough in the middle of the plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to roll it into thin dough pieces that are slightly larger than the mold
  • 9. After rolling out the dough, peel off the plastic wrap and lay it on the mold (it turns out that my nine inch pizza tray is too big and I need to buy equipment). Use your fingers to lightly press the dough to make it stick tightly to the plate
