Steps to make Candy Ice Skin Mooncakes
- 1. Weigh all the materials!
- 2. Make a good ice pack!
- 3. Prepare the mold!
- 4. Prepare filling, 25g each.
- 5. 25g of ice skin.
- 6. Make small ice cubes the size of dumpling skins and add filling! Wrap it up and seal it.
- 7. Install the mold piece, first insert some colored ice skin into the mold, flatten it, and then put it into the entire filled ball, slowly pressing it out. Colors can be flexibly matched by oneself!
- There are 11-12 pieces made from 8.240 grams of ice cream powder. Each cake weighs around 50g.
