Steps to make Stewed Lamb
- Soak the sample meat for 1 hour and wash it clean. (No need to soak, just rinse thoroughly and cut into approximately 1.5cm square pieces.).
- 2. Prepare the seasonings. Cut cilantro into small pieces, separate scallions, white onions, and scallion leaves into sections, and slice ginger.
- 3. Cut carrots into pieces about the same size as lamb
- 4. Add water to the pot and directly put the lamb chunks into the pot.
- 5. After boiling, skim off the foam in the pot.
- 6. Add the prepared scallion white section, small red chili, star anise, ginger, along with some pepper powder and a spoonful of cooking wine. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- After 7.10 minutes, add carrot chunks and salt, and simmer over low heat for half an hour
- 8. Bring to a boil and add cilantro and scallion leaves.
