Steps to make Salted Egg Yolk Guoba Ice Cream

  • 1. Prepare ingredients.
  • 2. Mix the egg yolk with milk and white sugar, stir well, then heat over low heat until small bubbles appear. Remove from heat and add salted egg yolk, stir well.
