Steps to make Coconut flavored Mango Ice Cream
- 1. Prepare materials and place the cold storage bucket in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator to fully store the cold.
- 2. Cut half of the mango and use a cross cutter to cut small grains for later use
- 3. Add milk, lemon juice, white sugar, and coconut powder to the remaining mango pulp in the cooking machine
- 4. Crush into mango puree
- 5. Mix mango puree with light cream and refrigerate thoroughly in the refrigerator
- 6. After taking out the cold storage bucket, install the ice cream machine and start it. Pour in the mango mixture
- 7. After stirring for about 30 minutes, it starts to swell and thicken!
- 8. Pour the small mango grains that have been prepared in the front and stir them, then put them in a fresh-keeping box and freeze them in the refrigerator until they are hard!
- 9. When eating, use a ball digger to dig it out and sprinkle some coconut shreds on top!
