Steps to make Winter Health Preserving Dishes - Mushroom and Crucian Carp Soup

  • 1. Materials prepared. Remove the scales, gills, and internal organs of crucian carp and wash thoroughly. Wash black fungus and soak in hair, peel and slice winter bamboo shoots, wash goji berries, wash all vegetables, and wash mushrooms.
  • 2. Put the crucian carp into a boiling water pot and blanch it to remove the blood and water.
  • 3. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up to 50%. Stir fry chopped scallions and ginger, then add water.

  • When the soup in the pot turns milky white, add goji berries.
  • 8. Add refined salt.

  • 10. Take out the pot and serve it on the table.
