Our local name is Shuishan Baba, Thai name is Barada, Indian name is Feibing. It is a type of pancake made by using centrifugal force to make a thin pancake from dough, then adding eggs and various seasonings, frying it to make a crispy texture. It has distinct layers and a sweet and soft texture with egg layers. Paired with condensed milk, it is really delicious and can swallow the tongue. Of course, there is also a salty taste, but I still prefer sweet flavors, such as bananas, raisins, chocolate, etc. This recipe is the most suitable for "family handmade small workshops" that I have tried. It takes short time, is not difficult, and can also make its crispy and sweet taste,

Steps to make India to fly pie
- 1. Mix condensed milk with water,
- 2. Slowly add the prepared juice into the flour and stir while adding,
- 3. Add the whole egg mixture slowly while stirring,
- 4. Add salad oil and knead until a smooth dough is formed,
- 5. Use the mixer hook of the electric egg beater and stir at low speed for about 3-4 minutes,
- 6. Cut the softened butter into small pieces, add them, and continue stirring for about 3 minutes,
- 7. Until it becomes a smooth dough, pull it apart to reach the basic expansion stage. (During the expansion stage of making bread, gently pull it apart by hand to form a thin film.) Cover it with gauze and let it stand for about 3 hours,
- 8. Divide the dough into equal portions of small portions. (My flat bottomed pan is relatively small, so I divide the dough into smaller portions.)
- 9. Press the dough open first,
- 10. Lift the edge with your hand and draw a circular arc in the air. (You can control the amplitude of the movement yourself. I also practiced several times before succeeding.)
- 11. Place it on a cutting board so that the patterns on the table can be seen through the dough. Sprinkle with whole egg mixture, fold the sides towards the center, and fold them into a square shape. Place oil in a flat bottomed pan, just cover the bottom with oil, then flip it in and fry until both sides are golden and crispy. Remove and drain the oil, cut into small pieces, and drizzle with an appropriate amount of condensed milk,
- 12. You can also add some dried cranberries, raisins, bananas, etc. Personally, my favorite is the banana flavored one. Put ripe bananas, which are particularly delicious,
