Steps to make Dry fried cumin cauliflower
- 1. Wash the cauliflower and control the water.
- 2. Split the cauliflower into small flowers.
- 3. Wash ginger, scallions, and red pepper thoroughly.
- 4. Cut scallions into long sections, slice garlic, shred ginger, and cut red pepper into diagonal sections.
- 5. Pour oil into a wok, heat up the oil, then add shredded ginger, garlic slices, and red chili peppers and stir fry until fragrant.
- 6. Stir fry until the garlic slices turn slightly yellow. Add 1/4 tablespoon of cumin seeds and stir fry over low heat until fragrant.
- 7. Pour in chopped cauliflower and scallions, stir fry over low heat.
