I usually make some big bone soup as high soup, and for cooking, it's very convenient to cook noodles. Today, I cooked a large pot of bone soup and only used a portion of the soup to cook some white radishes. The nutritional value of white radishes is beyond doubt. As the saying goes, "eat carrots in winter and ginger in summer, without seeking a doctor's prescription.". The addition of white radish not only enriches nutrition, but also contains more fiber and moisture, making it suitable for health and beauty. Moreover, it has a sweet and non greasy taste, and has the effects of clearing heat, removing heat, moisturizing the lungs, and removing dryness.
