Steps to make Orange Jelly+Orange Cream
- 1. Soak and wash the oranges in salt water, then use a peeler to peel off the outer skin.
- 2. Cut the orange flesh into pieces.
- 3. In the mold I wanted to make jelly, I used an egg tart mold.
- Boil 4.3 orange peels with one pound of water until boiling, then cook for five minutes.
- 5. Remove the orange peel and discard it.
- 6. Add 40g of sugar and 60g of white jelly, stir well until it boils again.
- 7. Pour in the jelly mold.
- 8. Pour the rest into a cup to make oranges and milk. Cool at room temperature.
- 9. After cooling, the jelly is demolded.
