Steps to make Leek noodles, egg dumplings
- 1. Heat up the oil in a wok, add chopped tofu, and stir fry for a moment.

- 4. Add pre fried scrambled eggs.
- 5. Add a small amount of monosodium glutamate.
- 6. Let the filling cool, and finally add chopped chives mixed with cooked oil.
