Steps to make Octopus balls

  • 1. Wash and peel the yam, grind it into a paste. If you don't have this small tool, you can use a silk eraser;
  • 2. After sieving the low gluten flour, put it together with yam paste and eggs in a bowl;
  • 3. Add water and baking powder, stir evenly, and sieve once;
