Steps to make Lixia Soup

  • 1. Peel the steamed taro, add sweet potato flour and knead (sweet potato flour needs to be ground into powder, otherwise it will have a grainy texture).
  • 2. Mix it with dough for later use.
  • 3. Make it into the desired shape, we like to make taro mushrooms.
  • 4. Add proper amount of glutinous rice flour into a water box to form a ball, and roll it into a small ball for standby.
