Steps to make Luoshen Hawthorn Sour Plum Soup
- 1. Ingredients: 50g dark plum, 50g dried hawthorn, 5 Luoshen flowers, 2.5g tangerine peel, 100g rock sugar, and 2.5L water.
- 2. Put all the materials into a container, add half of the water, and soak for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Pour into a clay pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for another 30 minutes. Filter out the soup after boiling.
- 4. Then pour in the remaining water and add all the rock sugar to the soup. Boil another pot.
- 5. Filter out and pour together with the previous broth. After cooling, pour into a container and store in the refrigerator.
- 6. Pour out and drink.
