Steps to make Red Date Madeline Cake
- 1. Prepare the materials and sieve the flour for later use.
- 2. Cut the red dates into small pieces
- 3. Add a small amount of rum to the sliced red dates.
- 4. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and add sugar.
- 5. Mix thoroughly until completely blended, then add milk and stir evenly.
- 6. Add red jujube granules and stir slightly.
- 7. Pour in the mixed flour and use a silicone scraper to cut and mix until there is no dry powder.
- 8. Melt the butter in a low heat microwave and pour it into the batter.
