Steps to make Red Date Madeline Cake

  • 1. Prepare the materials and sieve the flour for later use.
  • 2. Cut the red dates into small pieces
  • 3. Add a small amount of rum to the sliced red dates.
  • 4. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and add sugar.
  • 5. Mix thoroughly until completely blended, then add milk and stir evenly.
  • 6. Add red jujube granules and stir slightly.
  • 7. Pour in the mixed flour and use a silicone scraper to cut and mix until there is no dry powder.
  • 8. Melt the butter in a low heat microwave and pour it into the batter.
