Steps to make Rice dumpling with bean paste

  • 1. Pour the glutinous rice flour into a basin
  • 2. Add appropriate boiling water and form snowflakes
  • 3. Rub it into a ball by hand
  • 4. Roll it into a strip, grab a small piece, wrap it with some bean paste filling, and then knead it into a round shape
  • 5. Try to maintain the size as much as possible, which makes it look more beautiful (I made this dish with three people, so the sizes are different)
  • I made a few cone-shaped ones, haha
