- 3. Roll the dough into a smooth shape, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment in a warm place
- 4. Remove when fermented to twice its size
- 5. When the fermented dough is peeled open by hand, there are many small holes inside
- 6. Then take out the dough and roll it out, trying to roll it as round as possible. The rolled dough should be larger than the opening of the pizza tray
- 7. Brush a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pizza tray (this pizza tray is 8 inches in size)
