Steps to make Jade and White Jade Soup

  • 1. Boil tomatoes in hot water and peel them
  • 2. Clean and chop spinach thoroughly, and chop tomatoes into small cubes
  • 3. Slice chicken breast, add cooking wine and water, boil and blanch until cooked
  • 4. Tear into even chicken shreds
  • 5. Add flour to the egg white of an egg, add a little salt, and leave the yolk for later use
  • 6. Add an appropriate amount of water and mix it into a batter, until the batter falls off when lifting chopsticks
  • 7. Heat oil, pour in tomatoes and stir fry
  • 8. After stir frying the tomatoes to extract juice, pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil
  • 9. Pour the batter into the strainer at the bottom and gently press it on top with a spoon. The batter will fall into the pot through the strainer's small hole
  • 10. Put the batter into the pot, shape it into lumps, and then pour in shredded chicken
  • 11. Pour in beaten egg yolk mixture
  • 12. Add salt for seasoning
