Steps to make Homestyle Spring Cake
- 1. In the flour, pour in freshly boiled water and stir with chopsticks to form dough. Let it air dry slightly.
- 2. When the dough is not hot, touch your hands with warm water and knead it into a smooth dough. The dough should be soft and kneaded a few times to make it "strong". Cover with a damp cloth and wake up for 40 minutes.
