Bean paste mooncake

  • 5. Roll the bean paste filling into a round shape.
  • 6. Wrap the dough with bean paste filling and use a mooncake mold to remove the mooncake blank.
  • Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, heat up to 170 degrees Celsius and down to 155 degrees Celsius, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 8. Freshly baked mooncakes are golden in color, sweet and delicious.
  • After two days of oiling, it will taste delicious.
