Steps to make Milk mousse (Love in Spring)
- 1. Main materials.
- 2. Wrap the six inch movable bottom cake mold with tin foil.
- 3. Cut off about 1cm thick edges from two pieces of cake with scissors and set aside for later use.
- 4. Add granulated sugar to the milk and heat it over water to around 50 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Add the softened gelatin tablets soaked in cold water to the milk, stir until the gelatin tablets are completely dissolved, and set aside for later use.
- 6. Whip the whipped cream to 60% with an egg beater until it can barely flow.
- 7. Mix light cream with 5 and stir evenly to make mousse liquid.
- 8. Place a cut cake slice in the center of a cake mold wrapped in tin foil.
- 9. Pour in 1/2 mousse solution.
- 10. Place another cut cake slice into the cake mold.
- 11. Pour all the remaining mousse liquid into the cake mold and refrigerate for at least four hours to completely freeze the mousse liquid.
- 12. While the mousse liquid freezes, bake the finger cakes.
- 13. Decorate chocolate well.
- Add 14.70 grams of QQ sugar to 100 grams of water.
- 15. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir evenly, and cool for later use.
- 16. Take out the solidified mousse cake from the refrigerator, gently pour the cooled QQ sugar solution into the cake mold, and refrigerate the cake again.
- 17. Take out the fully solidified mousse cake with QQ Candy Mirror, remove the tin foil, place it on a cup, and wrap a hot towel around the cake mold to demold the mousse cake.
- 18. Move the demolded mousse cake onto a plate.
- 19. Place chocolate decorations on the surface of the cake.
