Steps to make Doupi Xiaocui
- 1. Wash the tofu skin thoroughly and soak it in salt water for 10 minutes, then absorb it slightly and cut it into small square pieces.
- 2. Find an air fryer.
- 3. Place the bean curd pieces into the pot (try not to block the heat transfer holes too much).
