Steps to make [France] Sally's Chicken Macaron

  • 1. Mix almond powder and sugar powder through sieving
  • 2. Dig a small hole in the middle of the TPT, pour in 1 egg white, and gently cover it
  • 3. Add egg white 2 to egg white powder and 7 grams of fine sugar, beat with an egg beater until a short right angle appears

  • 12. Vertically squeeze a uniform circular shape onto the cooking macaron mold, then gently shake the plate two or three times and use a toothpick to break some large bubbles
  • 13. Preheat the oven at 70 degrees Celsius and turn off the power. Place macarons in the middle and lower layers, close the oven door for about 15 minutes to dry the skin
