Steps to make Fish cake

  • 1. Wash and chop the dragon fish fillet into minced meat (it can also be crushed with a meat grinder)
  • 2. Cut the carrots into small pieces.

  • 8. Wash and slice small cucumbers thinly.
  • 9. Steamed fish meat is upside down on a plate.
  • 10. Heat the oil in the pot (medium heat) and turn off the heat. Add olive oil, seafood sauce, cooked mustard, tomato sauce, and lime juice to make a thick sauce.
  • 11. Pour hot juice over the fish cake. Place the prepared roses on a plate, and place the sliced cucumber around the fish meat.
