- 1. Prepare Wonton skin.
- 2. Roll up the Wonton skin and roll it in two layers.
- 3. Cut the rolled Wonton into sections.
- 4. Use toothpicks to string together for later use.
- 5. Heat up to 30% of the oil temperature and fry it. After shaping, remove the toothpick and take it out. Heat the oil in the pot to 60% and fry again.
- 6. Take out the fried cheese and set it aside.
- 7. Prepare fruits.
- 8. Cut the kiwi into small pieces.
- 9. Cut the mango into cubes.
- 10. Cut the dragon fruit into cubes.
- 11. Add orange juice to the bowl.
- 12. Add salad dressing.
- 13. Add tomato sauce.
- 14. Add green mustard.
