Steps to make Brown Rice Health Preserving Congee
- 1. Brown rice
- 2. Thawing beef
- 3. Soaked Mushrooms
- 4. Cut the beef and shiitake mushrooms into small pieces and blanch them in water
- 5. Rinse and clean brown rice and peanuts. Add more water to the rice cooker as brown rice is not easy to cook and sticky
- 6. Scallion and pepper powder salt to be used
- 7. After boiling, add beef, diced shiitake mushrooms, and brown rice and cook until the rice is thick. Season as shown in Figure 6
