Steps to make Pickled mustard
- 1. Fresh mustard (Xue Li Si) is air dried for 6.7 hours.
- 2. The sun dried leaves are wilting.
- 3. Remove roots and yellow leaves.
- 4. First rub the leaves with salt, then the stems and roots.
- 5. Rub out the juice.
- 6. Put it in a jar and seal it properly.
