Steps to make Handmade Oat Chicken Leg Burger
- 1. Chicken legs bought in the market, boneless, leaving only the whole piece of chicken leg meat. Because the chicken skin was too oily, I also removed the chicken skin.
- 2. Pour in dark soy sauce, consume oil, salt, and sugar, stir well, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to taste. I marinated it the night before.
- 3. Mix high gluten flour, yeast, vegetable oil, preferably corn oil, or oil without a strong taste. Add an appropriate amount of salt and sugar, water, and flour. The specific amount depends on the hamburger you want to make.
- 4. When the dough is ready, it's time to test your arm strength. Rub the dough vigorously until it reaches the expansion stage, and the dough can stretch until it forms a thin film.
- 5. The surface can be transparent because it was taken by oneself, which is inconvenient and the photos are poorly taken. Anyway, the kneaded surface can be stretched thin but not broken. That's it.
- 6. Put the noodles into a bowl to ferment.
- When it ferments to 2.5 times its size.
- 8. Take out the fermented noodles, remove the air from the noodles, knead the noodles, and ferment again.
- 9. Divide the dough into small portions.
- Brush a layer of oil around the hamburger mold, roll the dough into a round cake and place it in the middle.
- 11. Place the hamburger mold on the baking tray. Pour boiling water into another baking tray, close the oven door for a second fermentation.
- 12. Fermented hamburger germ. Brush an appropriate amount of egg mixture at the top and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of oats.
- 13. Place the hamburger germ in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 15 minutes. Depending on the condition of your oven, a golden surface is sufficient.
- 14. Place the marinated chicken legs in a baking tray at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 25 minutes, flipping them over in the middle.
- 15. Roasted chicken legs, set aside.
- 16. Remove the hamburger embryo from the mold and cut it in the middle, as shown in the picture.
- 17. Put on the prepared lettuce.
- 18. Squeeze on Thousand Island Sauce, I personally prefer spicy black pepper salad dressing. Everyone can make their own sauce, or it can be the original salad dressing.
- 19. Place the roasted chicken legs on top.
- 20. Cover the other half of the hamburger germ and you're done. Enjoy eating.
- 21. Finished products
- Wrap it in oiled paper, it looks more like a hamburger sold outside.
