Steps to make Black Sesame Toast
- 1. Put all materials except butter together, knead until smooth, then add softened butter and knead until complete.
- 2. After kneading, put it into a container and cover it with cling film to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.
- 3. Divide the fermented dough into two parts, roll them round, cover with cling film, and let it relax for 15 minutes.
- 4. Take a piece of dough and roll it out.
- 5. Flip over, fold both sides towards the center, roll them out again, roll out the bottom edge thinly, and roll them up.
- 6. Flip into the toast mold.
- 7. Fermentation until 9 minutes full.
- 8. Brush the surface with egg mixture.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, over high and low heat, at the bottom layer, and bake for about 40 minutes. Cover the surface with tin foil after coloring.
