Steps to make Cocoa cake toast

  • 1. Put all the ingredients in the bread ingredients, except for butter, in the order of liquid first, powder, and finally yeast, into a bowl and stir with chopsticks to form a floc. Of course, it can also be directly placed in the bread bucket
  • 2. Put it into the bread bucket, start a dough mixing program, and after the program ends, the state of the dough will be changed
  • 3. Add butter at this time and start the dough mixing program again
  • 4. When the dough is opened, it will form a relatively tough and unbreakable film, and the dough mixing process will be stopped
  • 5. Round and cover with cling film for fermentation
  • 6. Fermented to twice the size
  • 7. Take out the exhaust and divide it into two parts according to the size of the mold
  • 8. Take one portion and spread it with coconut filling
  • 9. Roll it up and put it in the mold. I don't have a toast mold, so I borrowed a lunch box from my dad to bake it, but the result was still unsatisfactory
  • 10. On the other side, I rolled black sesame seeds
  • 11. Complete everything and proceed with secondary fermentation
  • 12. After the dough is fermented, make cake batter and use cake ingredients

  • 20. Pour the mixed egg yolk batter back into the remaining protein bowl and stir evenly
  • 21. Pour the mixed cake batter onto the fermented bread dough, shake out bubbles, and heat the oven up and down at 150 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes
