- 3. Add butter at this time and start the dough mixing program again
- 4. When the dough is opened, it will form a relatively tough and unbreakable film, and the dough mixing process will be stopped
- 5. Round and cover with cling film for fermentation
- 6. Fermented to twice the size
- 7. Take out the exhaust and divide it into two parts according to the size of the mold
- 8. Take one portion and spread it with coconut filling
- 9. Roll it up and put it in the mold. I don't have a toast mold, so I borrowed a lunch box from my dad to bake it, but the result was still unsatisfactory
