Steps to make Dousha Qingtuan
- 1. Prepare the rat grass and clean it thoroughly.
- 2. Heat the pot with water. After the water boils, add edible alkali, add rat grass, and blanch.
- 3. After boiling the rat grass in cold water, fry it into a sauce.
- 4. Prepare the powder.
- 5. Add rat grass juice to the flour and knead it into dough.

- 8. Knead it into a smooth dough again.
- 9. Divide into small pieces of 60 grams each.
