Stir fried Mustard Orchid with Mushroom
I mixed this dish of stir fried mustard greens with shiitake mushrooms at will, adding a small amount of shrimp skin. I bought the shrimp skin and haven't used it as a vegetable yet, so I wanted to try adding some to it. The result was quite good: the mustard greens were crispy enough, and the thick shiitake mushrooms absorbed the freshness of the shrimp skin.     Steps to make Stir fried Mustard Orchid with Mushroom

    • 1. Prepare the necessary materials.
    • 2. Wash the mustard greens, peel off the old leaves, and wash all other side dishes for later use.
    • 3. Slice the mustard greens and shred the red peppers.
    • 4. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and wash away the sediment. Cut them into small pieces, crush the ginger into small pieces, and slice the garlic and scallions into small pieces.
    • 5. Wash the shrimp skin with warm water.
    • 6. Boil the mustard greens in boiling water and blanch them.
    • 7. Remove the cooled water and drain it for later use.
    • 8. Heat up the pan and add oil. Stir fry garlic slices and ginger until fragrant.
    • 9. Add sliced mustard greens and stir fry a few times, then add shredded red pepper and sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry evenly.
    • 10. Add salt, a small amount of white sugar, and cooking wine and stir fry well.
    • 11. Spray in a small amount of water and let it simmer for a while.
    • 12. Sprinkle shrimp skin, stir fry scallions, season with chicken essence, stir fry well and serve.
    • 13. Install the tray and take another finished product image.
