A braided bread with a soft and delicate texture, full of elasticity, and a hint of crushed almonds, giving it a unique taste. Even if the hand mask is not rubbed out, it does not affect its softness at all.

Steps to make Almond braid bread
- 1. Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket and start the kneading program. (excluding butter)
- After a program is completed, add softened butter.
- After the two kneading procedures are completed, cover with cling film and ferment the dough to twice its size.
- 4. Then remove and flatten the exhaust.
- 5. Divide into 6 small squeezers and cover to keep fresh for 15 minutes.
- 6. Slowly knead the dough into long strips.
- 7. Pinch the heads of three dough pieces together.
- 8. Then braid it into small braids.
- 9. Put the braided dough into a non stick baking tray.
- 10. Cover with cling film for fermentation.
- 11. Make it twice as big as before.
- 12. Brush the surface with whole egg mixture.
- 13. Sprinkle with almond slices.
- 14. Bake in a preheated 185 degree oven for about 20 minutes until the surface is colored.
- 15. Bread comes out of the oven.
