I have heard about the famous Grilled pork for a long time, but I have never done it. I made it with a frying pan today. Even friends without an oven can try it. As soon as it was done, I cut some and wrapped it in lettuce to eat. It's so delicious! I used two types of pork, which have more tendons and tendons, and have a chewy texture. Steps to make Pan style --- Grilled pork
- 1. Wash the pork belly and tendon meat, cut them into large pieces, not too thick (my meat was bought and cut), put them in a clean large bowl, add yellow wine, white sugar, and honey sweet seasonings, mix well, and marinate for more than 2 hours.
- 2. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce (or steamed fish and soy sauce), and salt (less salt) for seasoning, stir well and marinate for more than 2 hours.
- 3. Put the marinated meat into a flat bottomed pan and fry until both sides become hard. Pour in the marinated meat sauce and reduce the heat to a minimum.
- 4. Heat until the soup is almost completely dry before serving (because there is sugar in the seasoning, the soup cannot be cooked until it is completely dry, otherwise the taste will become bitter, and some soup should be left).
- 5. Slice and drizzle with some soup left by boiling meat. It pairs well with rice and lettuce rolls.
