Oval Kumquat Honey

1. Wash the kumquat and slice it thinly with the skin on;

2. Put the kumquat slices into a water cup and add an appropriate amount of warm water;

3. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, stir well, and ready to drink. It can be brewed multiple times. If you don't mix the honey well, add water multiple times, and drink it multiple times, you will have the sweetness of honey. There is no need to add extra honey - this is my usual practice.
