    Steps to make Scallion pancake with rice dumplings

    • 1. Main raw materials.
    • 2. Mix the flour into dough and let it sit for three to four hours (the fried dough must sit for a long time, preferably the night before and the next morning). Roll the dough into thin sheets and make two cuts.
    • 3. Heat up the oil, add the fried dough, fry until both sides turn golden brown and crispy, then remove. (I didn't add salt to the fried dumplings because the prepared pancakes need to be coated with sauce and the pancakes are also salty, so I didn't add salt.)
    • 4. Put a small amount of mung bean flour, white flour (9:1), salt, and five spice powder in a bowl.
    • 5. Add an appropriate amount of water to make a batter.
    • 6. Heat the electric pancake pan and brush it with a little oil. Spread the batter evenly.
    • 7. Crack in an egg and spread it evenly.
    • 8. Spread the chopped scallions evenly together.
    • 9. Spread the pancake until cooked, turn it over, brush with sweet bean sauce, minced garlic and spicy sauce, add chopped green onions, and add fried pork balls. Just roll it up. (If you don't add pork ribs, rolling scallions with pancakes is also delicious)
