Steps to make Coconut glutinous rice cake
- 1. Prepare the materials.
- 2. Add milk powder into glutinous rice flour and knead it into a ball.
- 3. Add the clear powder to boiling and knead evenly into a ball.
- 4. Then put it into glutinous rice balls, add lard, and knead them together into a ball.
- 5. Rub it slightly smooth on the panel.
