Steps to make Laba Congee
- 1. Choose 20g of red beans, mung beans, soybeans, lotus seeds, and peanuts each. Make sure to soak them overnight in advance to create a soft and sticky texture
- 2. Take 20g each of rice, millet, and Job's tears, 50g glutinous rice, wash thoroughly, and soak for ten minutes.
