    • 2. Put lard, black sesame seeds, and white sugar in a bowl. Wear disposable gloves and mix well.
    • 3. Add water to glutinous rice flour gradually and evenly. I personally think it's better to pack a little wet.
    • 4. Pinch the pieces directly into a ball shape.
    • 5. Press down from the middle and slowly squeeze out the edge, so that the bottom will be thicker and less likely to break when wrapped.
    • 6. Prepare ginger chunks and yellow sugar. Ginger chunks don't need to be peeled, just take a snap.
    • 7. Put ginger chunks and yellow sugar in a clay pot, add water and simmer over high heat. Boil half of the water and you can have rice dumpling.
    • 8. Boil until half of the water is gone, and start to cook rice dumpling.
    • 9. Cook until rice dumpling floats. Don't forget, add more soup. It's a good thing in cold weather.
