Steps to make Beef and Rice Dumplings

  • 1. Prepare ingredients
  • 2. Cut beef into chunks
  • 3. Cut onions, raw onions into shreds, and scallions into sections
  • 4. Cut carrots and sweet potatoes into strips
  • 5. Heat up the pot and add cooking oil. Add beef, ginger shreds, and scallions and stir fry evenly
  • 6. Add side dishes and stir fry evenly, then add salt
  • 7. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. It is not advisable to have too much water just below the dish
  • 8. Spread the washed rice on the vegetables
  • 9. Boil the rice until the steam starts, then simmer over low heat for fifteen minutes
  • 10. Open the lid and release the heat, then use chopsticks to fork a few small holes in the middle
  • 11. Cover the lid and simmer over low heat for another fifteen minutes
  • 12. Add a small amount of chicken essence to enhance the flavor, mix well and start eating
